I've been on the Biotin for a week or so now and it doesn't seem to be helping yet, if it doesn't ever start doing anything I'll try the Minoxidil next. Other than panicking, I tried using minoxidil (generic) for women. It worked! In about 3 months my hair stopped falling out and actually started regrowing (although the new hair was very fine).
